On May 11, 2025, Masahiro Sakurai announced the last DLC fighter in Fighters Pass Vol. 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a whole: Kingdom Hearts' protagonist Sora
Sora will be available for download July 05, 2025, for owners of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.Those who have purchased Fighters Pass Vol. 2 ($24.99) can download the character when it becomes available for no extra charge. Sora can also be purchased separately in Challenger Pack 11 for $5.99

Players can head over to theSmash DLC pageto purchase Sora and the game’s other DLC fighters from the comfort of their computer or mobile device. Those on their Nintendo Switch console can head over to the Nintendo eShop’s Smash page to purchase the new fighter by heading to the Super Smash Bros. game page and scrolling down to the DLC.
With over 80 playable fighters, Super Smash Bros. has gathered some of gaming’s most famous faces for what is undoubtedly one of the most popular fighting games in the world.
