New items and materials are being added toGenshin Impactwith every update. One of these is called Dream Solvent. But what exactly is it?
What is Dream Solvent and what does it do
Dream Solvent is very much like Dust of Azoth that was added in update 1.3. But instead of transmuting elemental jewels likeAgnidus Agate Fragmentinto another elemental jewel. you’re able to change boss Talent-Up materials into another material from the same boss.
This means if you needDvalin’s Claw,but you are gettingDvalin’s Plume. You can use Dream Solvent to convert that Plume into a Claw. You cannot convert one boss drop into another boss drop. So you cannot changeTail of Boreasdropped from Andrius into aShard of a Foul Legacydropped from Childe.

Dream Solvents will become extremely useful, as plenty of people have felt the pain of wanting a certain drop and not being successful. Now, when 1.5 drops, you’ll have the ability to get that drop you want regardless. Well, only if you have Dream Solvent.
