TheRobloxTalent Hub appeared on Google on Jul 16, 2025, but the website itself has not yet gone live. The Talent Hub is designed as a place forRobloxcreators to connect and post job ads by keeping business on the platform. Here’s everything we know about theRobloxTalent Hub until the website launches.

What is Roblox Talent Hub?

RobloxTalent Hub is planned as a one-stop resource for developers to connect with creators for work onRobloxgames and experiences. The website was originally revealed during theRobloxDevelopers Conference 2020 (RDC 2020), according toBloxy News.Every user in the Talent Hub will be able to create their own profile. Creators can label themselves with special skillsets such as: Modeler, Animator, Programmer, and more. This allows developers and creators to directly connect with each other on specific jobs and work.

Essentially, theRobloxTalent Hub is a job board similar to LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. But all business conducted on the Talent Hub is exclusive toRoblox, which simplifies the development process between all parties. Developers can post job ads (appearing on a news feed) stating exactly what type of work they are looking for within the description. Then, other users can apply for the role if they meet the requirements.

For those confused, this is an upcoming page called the “Talent Hub” where Roblox creators will be able to post a job listing that other Roblox developers/creators can then hire them for. Here is a sneak peak of it shown off at RDC 2020:https://t.co/5F7XMeA2Py

Although not confirmed, payment is expected to be conducted through Robux or real world currency, as decided on a case-by-case basis. The leaked image below fromJullianRBXshows that users may filter the Compensation Type while searching for jobs, thus making it easier to find work based upon the user’s desired payment.

Roblox Talent Hub Requirements

TheRobloxTalent Hub has not yet gone live and as a result, the official requirements have not been released to the public. We assume users must complete an application process to join the Talent Hub. From there, we believe the user must complete a profile stating what kind of developer/creator they are, along with what type of work they are looking for. This is all speculation, however, and should be taken as just that.

Users that attempt to enter theRobloxTalent Hub will be met with a “Not Authorized” message for the time being. As soon as the requirements are made available in more detail, we’ll be sure to update this page.

How to join Roblox Talent Hub

Of course, to join theRobloxTalent Hub, the user must be a creator of some sort. Meaning, the user must specialize in Programming Languages, Audio, Game Design, or other roles associated with creating aRobloxexperience. There is no official onboarding process as of this time of writing. We’ll be sure to update this page with the official process as soon as it is available to public.
