There are many mounts in Final Fantasy XIV Online, and one illustrious steed, the Kirin, requires quite a bit of work to unlock. Once it’s earned, players will have an easy way to show off their dedication to the game.
To unlock the Kirin mount, players must complete theA Legend for a Legendquest. Mount hunters can only obtain this quest after unlocking all the mounts found by grabbing each horse whistle via A Realm Reborns Extreme Trials.These mounts and their corresponding Extreme trials are listed below:

Once all of these mounts have been obtained, players can head to Mor Dhona and talk to the Wandering Minstrel (X: 21.7, Y: 8.7) to start theA Legend for a Legendquest. When the quest ends, aKirin Fifewill be given as a reward.
