Few mounts are as majestic and coveted as those found in Final Fantasy XIV’s Extreme Trials. These gorgeous steeds are infamous for their fantastic design, and with enough work, anyone can unlock them.
Players must use the Aithon Whistle to unlock the Aithon mount.Mount hunters can acquire this item from A Realm Reborn’s Trial,The Bowl of Embers (Extreme.)This is the most challenging variant of the Ifrit boss and will require players to coordinate with party members, so be ready for a tough fight.

The Aithon Whistle is not a guaranteed drop and may require players to complete the trial multiple times before it spawns in the Treasure Coffers given at the end of the Ifrit encounter. Each item players have a chance to receive Treasure Coffers is listed below:

When the Aithon Whistle does drop, it will go to the game’s loot pool, meaning that everyone will have to cast a lot for the item, and only one member of the party will get it when it does spawn.
