Phasmophobia is a spooky new early access game that you may play in standard and VR mode. This is a 4 player online co-op psychological horror game, so if you find yourself pretty unfazed by creepy things, then you might be ready to throw on the VR set and skulk around looking for ghosts. The premise of the game is that you are a ghost hunter, and are tasked to document the evidence of legitimate paranormal activity. This comes at your peril though, because the spooky things that reside in the dwellings that you will explore have the ability to take your life away from you!

Talking to Ghosts
To talk to ghosts in Phasmophobia, you have a few options available to you. One is to just talk and ask questions, you may do this via your microphone. Your mic is always open to the ghosts, so be careful when talking or making noise. Second, there’s the Spirit Box, which is an item you can turn on and ask questions to when a ghost is nearby. Finally, there’s the Ouija Board, interact with it to light it up, and talk into your mic to ask the ghost questions. If there is a ghost nearby, it will respond via the board.

General Questions Lists
There are questions you’re able to just say while you are walking around the area you are exploring. You may or may not get a response or reaction, it’s up to the ghost. Some ghosts are more shy than others, which means you might need to use more of the tools available to you to get them to interact.
Spirit Box Questions
Once you think you have the area of where the ghost is residing, you can turn off all of the lights, place down or hold onto the Spirit Box, and then ask it questions. If the ghost is feeling chatty, they will respond through the box.

Ouija Board Questions
There’s a whole lot of questions you can ask via the Ouija Board, but you need to be careful because some of these could anger the ghost and send them on the attack! You will need to watch your Sanity Level when using the board, because it decreases it pretty significantly.

Trigger Words
There are certain words you might say into your open microphone that will possibly get the ghost excited. Always remember that your microphone is always open to ghosts when you are in the game!
