Like Winnie the Pooh, you will need a lot of honey for mead inValheim, but to get honey, you will need to build some beehives; here’s what you need to know and how to do it.
How to make honey in Valheim
To make honey inValheim, you will need to build beehives with ten wood and one queen bee you get from destroying beehives in abandoned huts. You can find these abandoned huts all over the game world, but mainly in the meadows biome and some times in the swamp biome.
When you find a hut, the beehive will be somewhere inside the building, and you will need to destroy it to get the beehive; we recommend using a full charge fire arrow, as it will destroy it in one clean shot. After this, you should get at least one queen as loot on the ground.

Once you get the queen bee, you will be able to craft your beehive with a hammer, but make sure to put it in a safe location as nearby monsters will become agro near it. Along with this, you will need to put in an open area, or the bees will become unhappy.
If they are in an open area, they will be happy. You will also need to keep the bees happy to make honey, and after a while, once the beehive is placed, you will get up to four honey per beehive.
After you get some honey, you can then use it in the following mead recipes and more.
