To get the bottled water, you need for the rage potion; you need to make it withtwo glass and a furnace.After that, you will then need to use it on a water source such as a sink to turn it into bottled water.
Next, you will need to get yourself some deathweed. To do this, you will need to gather it from acorrupted biome, and inside the biome, you can find it growing on both oncrimson grass and ebonstone blocks.
Once you got the deathweed, you will then need to get the fish which is called Hemopiranha, and to get this strange fish, you will need to fish in acrimson layer.

When you have all three materials, you will then need to use either an alchemy table or placed bottle, depending on your platform to make it.
