The Pro Gamer Helmet is a flashyAvatar item that certain Roblox players can redeem for free. This head accessory is a Verizon Up exclusive item, meaning only users with a Verizon account may redeem the Pro Gamer Helmet. After researching the item, there is no workaround for non-Verizon users.
To redeem the Pro Gamer Helmet, players must join theVerizon Up Rewardsprogram, a new promotion from Verizon. Users must already be Verizon customers, so chances you will have to ask your parents to help out with the signup process.
Once you have joined Verizon Up, users must download the Verizon Up app on their mobile device. The Verizon Up app is free to download on mobile app stores, but once again, users must be Verizon customers to successfully sign into the Verizon Up app.

While signed into the Verizon Up mobile app, click on theRewards Centertab located under the bell at the top-left corner. Then scroll down until you see the Roblox Pro Gamer Helmet reward image. Tap on this image and then pressClaim.
PressingClaimwill provide users with a unique 12-digit code that must be redeemed on the Roblox platform. Be sure to copy the unique code and head over to theVirtual Item/Gift Cardredemption page on Roblox. With the code saved, head over toRoblox.com/redeemto redeem the Pro Gamer Helmet.
