Chilled meat is an ingredient found only in the Dragonspine region ofGenshin Impact. You’ll need chilled meat to complete theAh, Fresh Meat!quest given by Harris in the Dragonspine Adventurer Camp, which rewards you with a useful Goulash dish recipe.
How to get Chilled Meat in Genshin Impact
Since you’ll need to do some exploring in the dangerously icy terrain, it might be wise to craft a fewWarming Bottlesbefore you set out. The boars within Dragonspine, which have been frozen solid into ice cubes, are mostly scatteredalong the main roads on the eastern edges of the region(near the water).Use a Pyro character’s skill to melt the iceand free the boar—just be ready to strike it down as soon as it moves. Each snowboar will drop two-three chilled meats.
Defeat all the boars in the area(there’s about four of them)to summon the Great Snowboar King, a surprisingly tough boss. Take this giant snowboar down as soon as possible to avoid freezing during combat. Once beaten, the Great Snowboar King will drop six-eight chilled meats.

You can unlock three achievements during this fight: one for defeating the King (“Assassin of Kings”), one for defeating the King while it’s in berserk mode (“Chill Out!"), and another for being defeated by the King (“The Hunter Becomes the Hunted”).
When you complete theAh, Fresh Meat!quest, you’ll be able to cook Goulash, which decreases the rate of Sheer Cold accumulation for all party members for 300 seconds. If you plan on maxing out your time in Dragonspine, this dish is a necessity for your team to have.
