To create a company inNew World, you will need to hit the company tab under the menu tab. you’re able to reach this menu tab bypressing Mon your keyboard. After hitting the correct key, you will be able to join a faction via the company menu to the top left of your screen.
However, you should note that you will need to be in a faction before you’re able to join or create a company in the game. Luckily you can join one by just following quests or speaking to one of the faction representatives in a town.

That said, when you join one of the three major factions in the game, you will be able to create a company by going into the company menu under the company tab.
Under this tab, the game will ask you if you want to create a company, click yes, customize your emblem, choose a name, and then hit ok.
Once you finish, you will have just created a company and can now invite players to it and build up a large guild to complete PVP events and more.
You will also be able to claim territory in the game, but ensure you have a few members so that you can hold on to it and fight off rival companies and factions.
