To become a Psychiatrist inBitlife, you will need to first go to bothcollege and medicalschool and graduate. After this point, you will be able to become a Psychiatrist by finding a job for aJr. Psychiatristand applying to it.
However, in order to accomplish this task, you will need to have high smarts and do reasonably well in both secondary and high school. That said, you can get high smarts real quickly by reading books via the activity tab and by going to the library. Next, If you want to do well in school, you need to use the study harder option under the school tab.
It also may be worth rerolling characters until you get one with high smart stats - this is not necessary as we were able to raise characters from 0 to 100 smarts just by reading books before.

Once you achieve the necessary smarts, you will need to age and graduate from secondary and high school. After graduating from both, you will need to go to college for psychology or something similar and graduate. This will cost money, but if you have high enough smarts, you can simply get a scholarship by clicking on it when you apply.
That being said, once you graduate from college, you should get an option to seek higher education -if you click on this option, you will be able to pick medical school and enroll in it. When you get enrolled in medical school, all you need to do next is age a few years to gradaute.
