On Sept. 29, 2021, Epic Games announced a new cup exclusive to PS4 and PS5 players where they will have chances to win a share of two $113,400 prize pools! Aptly titled the (new) PlayStation Cup, this tournament is a Solo tournament that takes place once in October and once in November. Check out the information below to see everything you need to know!
Event Schedule & Basic Info
Each tournament is being hosted in two rounds, once onOct. 2, 2021, and again onNov. 11, 2021. At the moment, there is no information about when the event runs on these dates other than that Fortnite will host all regions at the same time. However, usually special tournaments like this run from 5pm CST to 8pm CST.This is a Solos tournament, so be sure to practice alone and bring your best game!
Prizes
Like most ofFortnite’s other cash tournaments, the prize for high placement in each tournament is a share of the collective prize pool. Players who reach specific ranks in their respective regions will win the prizes listed below.

Entry into this tournament is easy. The only major guidelines you need to follow fall under Age, Account Status, Competition Rank, and Platform. These are explained in the short-list below:
Note:Players in Japan are not eligible to enter the PlayStation Cup.
