OurDestiny 2 Solstice of Heroes Guide 2019will walk you through everything you need to know about this annual event! If you want to collect some sweet new armor, then you’ll need to complete some objectives throughout the event to do so!

The Solstice of Heroes is a tradition in which Guardians reflect on past hardships and celebrate the resilience of humanity’s foremost defenders. Celebrate with other Guardians in this limited-time event!
PURSUE SOLISTICE ARMOR
Seek out Eva Levante in the Tower to begin your pursuit of Year 2 Solstice Armor.
EMBRACE THE LIGHT
Create Elemental Orbs by matching your elemental damage to the daily element. Collect 30 orbs to gain the Empowerment buff!
BE TRIUMPHANT
Harness the power of the elements to optimize your pursuit of glory and loot while Moments of Triumph is still active.
Solstice of Heroes Armor
Here’s a look at how each stage of the armor will look for every class. Armor glows can be purchased with Silver or Bright Dust. Each armor glow costs either 800 Silver or 5,000 Bright Dust.
Solstice of Heroes Quest Steps
While the event doesn’t start until July 30th,Light.gghas the quests datamined from the recent patch so we can take a look at them.
Step 1: Speak to Eva Levante in the Tower
The Solstice of Heroes is a holiday in which Guardians reflect on past battles and celebrate their many efforts to defend humanity. Eva Levante has returned to help usher in the festivities.
Speak to Eva Levante in the Tower.
To start off we’re going to need to talk to Eva Levante in the Tower. She can be found right in the Courtyard of the Traveler!
Step 2: The Solstice Begins
Complete a run through the European Aerial Zone.
Now that you have your first piece of Drained Armor, you are going to head into a new zone called the European Aerial Zone. It can be found right in the same area as the Traveler location.
Make sure to equip the right elemental subclass towards whatever it is at the time! This will generate orbs that you’re able to collect.
European Aerial Zone
You get teamed up with two other Guardians and have to complete certain objectives. You’ll need to slay monsters, then take down a big boss, you’ll then look for treasure chests and then you’ll be done. The boss you face is random, you’ll sometimes face an Ogre or a Wizard.

All of them show up on the map at first, but once you loot one the locations will no longer be marked. attempt to remember where they all are when they are being shown so you’re able to track them down easily. When you get close to one, the icon will show up so you can find it easier!
Step 3: The Solstice Begins
As you finish your exploration of the Aerial Zone, Ghost receives a message from Eva herself. She’d like to speak to you at your earliest convenience. Visit Eva Levante in the Tower.
Go back to Eva and you will receive the Drained Armor!
Step 4: The Solstice Begins
Eva has suggested you take the drained armor she’s given you and meditate with it at the Statue of Heroes in the Tower courtyard.
Bring that armor over to the Statue of Heroes and meditate with it! The statue is right next to Eva.
Step 5: The Solstice Begins
Meditating at the statue has infused your new armor with the Light… but its connection to the Traveler could be made stronger. Return to Eva.
Take the recently meditated upon armor back to Eva! You will be given a Key Fragment which is used to open up Solstice Packages that you get from the European Aerial Zone. You need 15 total Key Fragments to open up one of the packages. The packages contain various armor, mods, and potential materials. Make sure to grab the bounties that Eva gives to gain more keys!
Step 6: Solstice of Heroes 2019
Strengthen your Drained Solstice armor set’s connection to the Light by completing armor objectives.
You will need to complete objectives for each of the pieces of armor in the set. The quests you need to complete are slightly different for each of the classes. you may view how far from you are from completing each piece by hovering over it in your Character inventory. You will need to have the armor equipped to complete the objectives, and you have to complete every piece of armor before moving on to the next step.

Step 7: Solstice of Heroes 2019
With your completed Drained Solstice armor set equipped, return to the Statue of Heroes to meditate.
Time to do some more meditating with your armor. This gives you the Renewed Solstice armor set.
Step 8: Solstice of Heroes 2019
Strengthen your Renewed Solstice armor set’s connection to the Light by completing armor objectives.
It’s time to upgrade that armor even further, which will require you to do the following steps depending on the class. You’ll notice some objectives need you to be a certain subclass to complete them. Each day during the Solstice of Heroes event will correspond to a specific element. You’ll need to match your subclass to that element to complete the particular challenge.
Step 9: Solstice of Heroes 2019
With your completed Renewed Solstice armor set equipped, return to the Statue of Heroes to meditate.
Time to do some more meditating with your armor. This will fully restore the armor and give you the Majestic Solstice armor set.
Step 10: Solstice of Heroes 2019
Show Eva your fully-restored Majestic Solstice armor set.
It’s not over just yet! You can upgrade your armor a final time to Masterworking your armor. It appears these are all the same across each class.
