If you’re trying to build a Point Guard in NBA 2K22, you’re taking on the responsibility of your offensive unit as a whole, as it should all run through you. While generally lacking in defensive stats, these three builds are among the most dominant offensive builds in NBA 2K22.
Scoring Machine
A highly balanced and versatile optionat Point Guard, you’ll be strong in many facets of the game but never truly dominant in one certain area—that’s not to say this can’t be a dominant player. On offense, your base ability of Sharpshooting will make teams respect you from mid-range and you’ll make the most of your opportunities from three-point range. An OT 2 build won’t thrive on jump shots, but they will be among thefastest and most nimble on the court, using shifty ball handling to create space in the offensive zone. Your abilities of Slashing Shot and Creating will give you the upper hand there, and if you play to these strengths with your upgrades, you will create a player that’s capable of taking over the game on the inside with abevy of strong finishes and dazzling passes.

Offensive Threat 1
With base abilities in Sharpshooting and Slashing, an OT 1 shooting guard is guaranteed to live up to its name as athreat. This build is agenuine weapon, capable of lighting up the scoreboard from any point in the offensive zone, froma flurry of any-range jumpers to quick finishing between defenders on the inside.Depending on the type of player you are, funnel your skill points and badges into either shooting or finishing, and you’re guaranteed to become dominant in either category while remaining competent in the other.
Your speed will help you stay in position on defense and in transition, and you will have the base skills as a passer to effectively facilitate the offense through you. There are many builds and ways to become dominant with them, but an OT 1 Point Guard is one of the most (if notthe most) deadly offensive builds in 2K22.
